Physical imbalances are rooted in emotional imbalances caused by underlying beliefs, values and emotions. These imbalances can affect every aspect of our lives, from our relationships, to our financial success and our physical health. In becoming aware of these imbalances, we can name and claim these energies that no longer serve us. It is then in our power to let go of these negative thought patterns and beliefs and move forward into the wholeness and well-being we all strive for.

Elizabeth utilizes both body and energy work to facilitate healing in her sessions. Using information she receives from her intuition and her guides, she allows each session to flow in a way that allows healing for the individual's highest good at that time. She also offers her services in writing Light Language grids. These grids use the power of light and sacred geometry to help us create our own reality.
